Destination Charges

To preserve and protect the vehicles from wear, any trip that exceeds 15 miles from Operations Base will incur a $50 plus $1 per round trip mile fee for vehicle delivery.  This determination is based on the distance from address 4472 Belden Village Street NW, Canton, OH  44718.

Total Trip Miles

Per Mile Fees apply when for any physical travel of a vintage car exceeds 25 miles as reported by the car odometer.  Total Trip Miles are those miles incurred for total support of your event including include any distances from Base to pickup location and drop-off location as well as distances between event destinations (for example, between church, reception hall, picture stops, etc).  Total Trip Miles are in addition to any Destination Charges to deliver vehicle to event.

Price Calculation Example 

Wrigley is requested for a Service at a Cleveland Area Wedding (50 miles from Base) and is needed for 3 hours
 - Destination Charges $50 plus $1 per mile of total round trip miles of 100 equals $150
 - Three hours of service equals $500
 - Total Trip Miles is 35.  Of that, 25 miles are included therefore a charge of $10

Total Service Charge for Wedding:  $660
